The culture at Renaissance Financial is second to none all the way from top to bottom. The leadership truly cares about each and every individual and it feels like a true family.

Inconvénients

Building a book of business from nothing can be incredibly difficult and might deter some. However, the resources that the firm provides in mentorship and partnership will not be found anywhere else.

Great leadership and support when starting your career as an advisor. They truly want to see you succeed.

Inconvénients

No cons with the company. If you are going to build your own book, this is the place to do it! The first couple of years are a grind but rewarding.

Amazing people, very fun, young, and competitive atmosphere. People are willing to help and train you to become better. Always having fun events to build relationships.

Inconvénients

Tough business to start in in general especially monetarily. Very heavy life insurance sales emphasis (you can't really make a living wage early on unless you sell life insurance). Occasionally, favoritism is rewarded over performance.
