Financially stable company Nice perks Head office is in city center
Inconvénients
Almost all staffs are very old and working environment is very orthodox and old. No proper training programmes (atleast in finance team where I work) and no good initiatives to improve employee skills. Still heavily depended on paper based ops in this digital era. No clear HR policies and policies are highly different for different people and teams. Don’t promote equality and vertical hierarchy is very stringent.
