Avantages

1) Welcoming tightly knit group of smart people 2) You will get the ownership of actual work when you begin instead of secondary work unrelated to the design / architecture 3) A culture that promotes collaboration even between the most experienced and the least experienced employees

Inconvénients

1) Lack of open mindedness when it comes to adopting new ways of working / methodologies etc. 2) Serious lack of documentation which leads to a steeper learning curve for new employees than needed. It can be clearly avoided 3) Lower compensation for new hires in comparison to other companies
