      Avantages

      Strong company culture Highly technical Adequate training is given for me to get used to the workload in future

      Inconvénients

      Some promises by the company are not met (no work-phone is given although it was written in my contract, remote work is slowly turning into face to face) Some issues with remote working, some of the details of the work is better explained face to face in my opinion
