- Flexible hours and good work/life balance - Can work from home - A lot of process has been implemented and has really helped the company, although there are still some pretty big issues that need to be addressed - The company has a very unique product and is a leader in home design software - Communication is great between some teams

- The technology stack is extremely outdated and the team is struggling to adopt modern technologies and frameworks; little to no time is allocated for refactoring and improving the code base since revenue will always take priority over software quality, essentially if you want something to be done the right way, you need to put in OT. - The business is always pressuring the development team to perform unreasonable amounts of work while hitting unrealistic deadlines with minimal and inaccurate acceptance criteria, which in turn leads to: - A constant state of panic and stress - A very toxic team dynamic - Unhappy employees - The need to work OT - Skipping QA and releasing buggy software straight into production - Not much variety in work; you'll be building the same exact same thing for years - Office gives off a very depressing vibe and not many people seem happy to work there - Terrible culture - Very low chance you'll feel like a valued employee - Still feels like a startup company even though they've been around since 1999 - Opportunity to grow professionally and expand on skill set is very limited - If you're a developer, you definitely won't learn as much here as you would somewhere else who actually puts care into building modern, quality software products. You'll get bored really quickly as the current technology is essentially jQuery and Java. - Very high turnover rate
