Avantages

Semi annual raises, guaranteed over time every week, paid holidays off, paid vacation, employee prices on merchandise, advancement opportunities. I love what I do. I love being able to provide families with products that they may not have the credit to finance or have the money to purchase outright. Some of my customers have become almost like family to me. The income is great, getting paid every week makes it easy on you. The benefits such as the health plan, retirement are great.

Inconvénients

I have a small son and split days off and working 50+ hours per week gets hard at times. I wish I could spend more time with him since he is sleeping when I go to work and getting ready for bed when I get home. Its hard to make plans to do anything with split days off.
