      Avantages

      good pay, easy to build relationships with co workers, will teach you great business management skills. Thats about all I can say about that.

      Inconvénients

      poor work / life balance, expectations from DVP and above are out of touch. and anything goes wrong its the store managers fault.....even when you are following directions from your DM

      Long hours, weekends → poor work-life balance High stress from sales & collection pressure Inconsistent or micromanaging management Pay often feels low for workload Physically demanding (deliveries, field work) Limited growth; high turnover
