Avantages
Good benefits, good pay, fun place to work. The company does provide a great place for professionals and great plans for education, management does give you room to grow and the ability to input thoughts and you feel like part of a team.
Inconvénients
They don't do random drug tests, if they did half of IT would be out of work starting with some Management. They should have better recuriting practices, the IT managers have no clue what their employees do or what their job should entail. Compentent employees that work hard will get all the work shifted to them, with no promotion or positive review of them, while other employees can continue to have sub par performance. There are probably 3 people in all of IT Management Hub, that know what they are doing. It is amazing the amount of IT Directors & Managers that does not understand IT and it is amazing how they got in the position they did.
