      Avantages

      Responsive and pleasant corporate associates (Plano, TX).

      Inconvénients

      Uncommon ways of doing some tasks (unheard of practices in other businesses), causes some some confusion for new employees. Some management flaws, poor control in some areas, excessive in others. Unlike any other business I have worked for. (service division, not retail).

      Long hours, weekends → poor work-life balance High stress from sales & collection pressure Inconsistent or micromanaging management Pay often feels low for workload Physically demanding (deliveries, field work) Limited growth; high turnover
