The boss emotionally abused staff and clients, would play god with peoples lives and could communicate less effectively than a 5 year old, is known around the town as 'The crazy boss', and to the locals as 'the crook', runs shady business and contracts and when covid-19 took hold he mistreated his staff and was outraged that had to refund all pre-booked gear hire than had not yet and would not be able to be used. He repeatedly said things in hopes that they would become true such as 'I'm a great boss, I'm a fair boss' - sort of like the Donald Trump of this tiny village, appeared to hate his life and was quite unhappy and took it out on his staff. The most dishonest and unpleasant human I've ever met.
