      Avantages

      Since it's a start up Rental Kharma is a good place to be if you are a go-getter and ambitious as the company keeps on growing! Very relaxed company. Good PTO policies and health insurance. The company pays for public transport costs.

      Inconvénients

      A bit of a commute- they recently relocated to Littleton

      Avantages

      Nice location, good company, free lunches at least once a week.

      Inconvénients

      The management here means well, but they allow things to fall through the cracks all too often. The CEO and COO do not work together in tandem, resulting in odd managerial decisions and confusion, not to mention service for customers that suffers. They also underpay their employees due to the nature of starting a company from scratch. I wouldn't count on a long-term job here, they are not well established enough.
