Avantages
People there are friendly, with some notable exceptions. Pay can be decent to quite good, as there are quite a few overpaid employees there, especially higher up the chain. Location is also convenient.
Inconvénients
Where do I start? Highly dysfunctional group and it all starts at the top. Highly incompetent CEOt. Kind of makes you think that anyone can become a CEO. There is a lot of dead weight at the top. Not impressed with anyone from upper management, and really only a couple out of the top 10 are adequate. Investors always complain about the expenses at the corporate level, and it starts with compensation. They pay these guys a lot of money and a bulk of the work/decisions gets outsourced to professional service firms. Work/life balance is dependent on what department you work for, but for most it is quite bad for a small, irrelevant company. Unfortunately, some here have equated activity with achievement. This explains their history of terrible investments. No room for much personal growth since there aren't many smart ones to learn from.
