Avantages
Great people within this organization to work with. Many hardworking and smart people who are good at their jobs. The product has a lot of potential for growth and to make an impact on the industry however it's not quite there yet.
Inconvénients
The company is deeply affected by ongoing internal politics, particularly within leadership and cross-functional departments. Many individuals prioritize personal agendas over company-wide collaboration, which creates misalignment, confusion, and dysfunction across teams. As a result, there is a glaring lack of clear direction, long-term strategy, or cohesive goals, making it difficult for employees to feel grounded in their work.
Employees are frequently overworked and expected to wear many hats, often juggling responsibilities far beyond their job descriptions without additional support or compensation. This practice leads to chronic burnout and declining morale, as team members are stretched thin and left feeling undervalued and replaceable.
Opportunities for advancement are scarce, with virtually no structured promotion paths or transparent criteria for career growth. Pay raises are infrequent and often dismissed with claims that the company isn’t profitable enough—despite the increasing demands placed on staff. Base salaries are well below market standards, which adds to the frustration.
Moreover, there’s a pervasive lack of professional courtesy and trust. Employees are rarely empowered to make decisions within their area of expertise, as leadership often second-guesses or overrides input from the very professionals hired to do the job. This lack of autonomy, combined with micromanagement and poor communication, creates a demoralizing work culture that prioritizes control over collaboration.
Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone to work here as the environment isn't productive and healthy.
