      Lots of politics If you aren't a Spaniard you are screwed Low pay, no raises

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
