1. CEO himself is main CON's for this Company 2. CEO is not even to the level of Manager/Assistant Manager 3. We have training institute to learn skills such like there must be some training institute for this CEO to learn how to run a company and treat employee 4. CEO treat employee's like slaves 5. HR is dump fellow in this company 6. Some wrote in review it is a trap yes that is 1000% correct 7. Once you get in, then exit will be very very very difficult 8. CEO & HR will harass like anything to relieve employee 9. Even after relieving CEO & HR both will give negative feedback during BGV 10. While leaving CEO & HR will ask money as compensation to get relieving letter's and say's that the money is for training & development done in the company. 11. There is no training calendar at all in the company, employee have to learn himself 12. No job security..employee doesn't know when he will be fired.. 13. Company runs only on one rule HIRE & FIRE 14. If anyone want to test their mental ability can work in this company 15. NO proper HR policies even if it is there CEO will change policy and make it to favor company not employee's 16. No basic employee benefits like PF, ESI, Gratuity even after Seven years from the company started 17. CEO is from Kerala and so he prefer to take Kerala candidates 18. CEO favor to his relative's in this company he gives good salary hike and managerial position promotion even if the candidate is not even to executive level 19.
