Avantages
Great product that is truly a B2B solution, lots of potential to keep growing in the market. Mostly strong leadership team that does their best to be transparent and keep people engaged. There is a lot of opportunity to grow quickly and make an impact that at a bigger company, might be out of reach, if you are willing to put in the effort. Work-life balance is still really strong. Some people were abusing the flexibility granted and not working at all on Fridays, so the leadership team got a bit more strict , but in the grand scheme of things it is really healthy and balanced still.
Inconvénients
Interesting mix of old guard and new guard, which is probably a common startup growing pain. Come disagreeing views on how to grow and best get results, what to invest in, ect. Also some normal startup ambiguity and lack of all of the resources you'd get at a big company
