      Avantages

      Everyone worked together really well in the office. If you needed help or advice on something, there were always multiple people to help. The people in the office all believe in the company's cause, and the atmosphere is very positive.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is low, but it is on par with other ngo salries.

      Avantages

      It's a great organisation with a strong mission that is achieving a lot all over the world. They give good opportunities for professional development.

      Inconvénients

      It's very hard to maintain a positive work-life balance. While there are opportunities for advancement, there seems to be a lot of crony-ism in management.

      Restless Development provides an opportunity to understand and propel youth-led development, to work with other cultures and offices, and be a part of a global movement.

      Inconvénients

      Stretched capacity due to lack of funding in the non profit sector - structural development issue.
