Restore as a company offers many different wellness modalities to help individuals with their wellness journey in ways that both prevent and resolve health complications.
Inconvénients
The owners and some upper management of the Tampa stores were a major negative in my experience here. Disorganization was the least of their problems which would include disrespect, arrogance, and revoking the commission structure that was previously in place. As a company and ownership that speaks of having a positive work environment, I experienced the opposite. On multiple occasions they were witnessed talking down to their employees and stating that “if we were unhappy we would have left” in team-wide settings. All in all the behavior was similar to that of a spoiled teenager that lacked basic respect and understanding.
