Avantages
When I came onboard, Restore was a fun place to work with great people who worked hard to help others. However, company culture tanked after 4 rounds of layoffs over the last ~2 years.
Inconvénients
This business is a sinking ship, and every 6 months there's a new exec with "the solve to all the problems!", that then leaves or is fired and they go in a new direction again. 3 different CEOs while I worked there and complete leadership turnover (multiple times) within the past couple of years. Restore's "competitive edge" is that they combine all these services (medical, esthetic, "core") under one roof, but every company that does these services separately does them better. There's no need to come to Restore for a mediocre experience.
