Senior management will never know your name or even bother to talk to you. Absolutely zero recognition, even when crushing goals that they keep raising to insane levels, to avoid paying bonuses. Passed by for promotions, by others who are related to the CPO or favorites of upper management. Absolutely abysmal company-wide communication. Many people have left this year, after communicating these issues for months, and getting no action, and I'm not far behind them.
