You stick around on a project from start to end and see the efforts of your work realize into material benefits for the clients - A lot less travel compared to traditional consulting firms - Lack of hierarchy results in open access to senior leadership
Inconvénients
- Not a typical 9 AM to 5 PM job. The company is going through a lot of growth and changes which might result in stressful situations from time to time. But talk to the senior leadership in such instances.
