Avantages

Great people and teams across the board. Work with interesting technologies and products. Freedom to innovate inside my team

Inconvénients

Teams are subject to the whims of the CTO and forced to work weekends at the last mInute. Managers afraid to push back or are on board for their own advancement. Plans could be drawn up earlier but no one makes the effort and people give up their own personal time for that

Great colleagues – supportive and collaborative team environment.

Inconvénients

Extremely poor work culture with no transparency. Frequent layoffs, creating constant job insecurity. No scope for learning or professional growth. All decisions and architectural changes are dictated by a single person lacking relevant expertise, leaving no room for innovation or technical soundness.
