      discount on watches and jewels. Other than that I do not see anything else

      Inconvénients

      no consideration for their employees. It is kaotic. Their matrical organisation does not work at all. I do not recommend Richemont at you.

      Great team with cool people and no micro-management.

      Not much room for strong evolution since no one wants to leave the company.

      Avantages

      I had an AMAZING manager who always supported me.

      Inconvénients

      There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.
