      Flexible schedule is available if needed

      Inconvénients

      Life is great if you are in upper management, otherwise not so much. Overworked, underpaid, under-appreciated, and under-utilized. As a licensed engineer I couldn’t make any design decisions, felt like a small step up from a drafter.

      Avantages

      The best pro is that they offer hybrid schedules. Depends on which department you are in though. Some departments get one day remote and others get two, not sure why that is. There is so much to learn. If you are hungry to climb the ladder, you will enjoy all the opportunities RICK will give you.

      Inconvénients

      Work is always coming in fast. Deadlines sometimes can fall into the same week. I have had weeks with multiples submittals due end of the week. Everyone works together to get the submittal complete but it is still stressful.
