Great people, terrible management - Avis employé Cashier/Bagger Riesbeck Food Markets

Poor management. Paid just over minimum wage despite working there for nearly two years and receiving promotions to other departments and working fulltime (despite being hired as a part-time employee). Scheduling is a bit of a hassle. Some of the managers are on a power trip and the store operator can be flat out disrespectful. I was a star employee and was a favorite, so I was treated well. But I saw many people be treated poorly and I don’t believe that’s right.
