Owner is not appropriate for a professional environment. Her attire was unprofessional as was her approach to people of color in the office. The organization is fit for a white centric, racist Democrat environment, but is not representative of the values Austin aspires to. Pto is impossible to take. Salaries low for college grads. History: Many employees left upset and being inappropriately yelled at and abused. Think Stepford Wives or the film GET OUT as the environment.
