Learnt from the experience of senior leaders while being trusted and empowered by younger leaders to trial and implement new ideas. Both approaches are equally essential and work well together.
Inconvénients
- Not much processes in place but this also gives people an opportunity to come in to bridge the gap and more room for growth. - Communication within teams and across departments could be improved. - There is room to improve efficiency while maintaining work-life balance. - A more preventive approach, rather than a reactive or intervention-based system, could be adopted.
