The people are approachable, share a common goal and want to work hard to see the business succeed. Great opportunity to work on large accounts with established corporate clients, variety of different accountabilities and high degree of automony and responsibility for admin - great experience.
Inconvénients
The technology is so slow and backward it takes miracle work to deliver according to clients expectations. Very shortsighted business goals and strategy. Expected to work overtime on low pay and budget constraints very tight. The organization doesn't practise what they preach - very little in the way of incentives, inability to build great team moral, high turnover of staff, every dime is milked for what it is worth. Very limited opportunities for admin staff in particular.
