Avantages
Opportunity to work on many different projects and work with knowledgably colleagues. The average age of the staff is much lower than the more established companies but this is usually countered by enthusiasm.
Inconvénients
Due to the company being so young the number of processes is far less than a larger company which can be a good or a bad thing, processes can slow down progress although details can be missed easier
