Avantages

The work bathrooms have hand soap like 3 of the 5 days of the week. Not too shabby. You are watched constantly,

Inconvénients

Fear based culture. Promises that are never kept. Words that mean nothing and worthless stock. Don’t be duped by words said. Simmering under the surface is the truth, and it’s a runaway clown car. Every week Sales has some new rule or metric that keeps you from earning a living. Software that never works, and leadership that changes direction every 3 days at a whim. Speed talking, thoughtless leaders chuckling at their own mess ups while making others lower down on the chain pay for it with their jobs. You are expendable, while the Illuminati drive their fancy cars right over your back. These same insane people review your every move. Micromanagement, lack of training, and a performance culture that has everyone blaming someone else. Lots of closed circle talking. Closing doors. Lack of respect in general.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. RingLead invests a very significant amount of time and money in training for all employees. Including the same $12,000 training program per person that Apple , Citrix, and Xeroz go through. This training is done during paid business hours. RingLead also pays time and a half overtime if necessary. The strong focus on training comes from the CEO, Chris Hickey, and Executive Chairman, Russ Artzt, who together helped build a 4 billion dollar company, CA technologies. In order to push RingLead to reach that kind of success, RingLead has a performance based culture where expectations are clearly outlined and signed prior to each employees start date and these metrics are evaluated month to month. The majority of our employees meet or exceed expectations on a monthly basis or show improvement. These employees are granted stock options in RingLead at the end of the year. Our goal is for all RingLead employees to be equity owners in RingLead. We have never had an employee who was achieving leave RingLead. We wish you luck in your next position.

This job is not for someone who wants to just idly sit by and do menial tasks. This place is for people who want to innovate, discover, create, and be open to learning new things. You must be a self-starter, self-motivator, and self-sustained. Whatever position you're in, you need to be a team player and you need to be ready to bring your skills to the table. This is not just a regular 9-5 company and coming in you need to realize that this is a start-up culture building the foundation for the future. The people that I work with are amazing, intelligent, curious, and always willing to help in whatever way that they can. If you're ready for a challenge, ready to really test your skills, really ready to be a part of a team then I urge you to take the time to really get to know RingLead at its core. I have learned so many things in my short time here so far and beyond the mess, the future looks bright.

Inconvénients

Management may be a bit harsh and a bit in your face but that just comes with the territory. I have worked for other companies before with bosses that were ten times worse. You need to realize that we're trying to build a business and that sometimes it may not be easy.
