      Avantages

      Nice company. Most employees (especially hourly) are good people trying to do the best job they can.

      Inconvénients

      All profits are sent to parent company. There is little left to run the business.

      Avantages

      Good place to learn and move on to a better company. Holiday shutdown at the end of the year. Air conditioned.

      Inconvénients

      Paid every 2 weeks. Band-aid repairs. Mandatory weekly meetings that achieve very little. No yearly reviews. Getting approved for paid time off is a long arduous process using kiosk computer.
