      Avantages

      Pay is okay, they bring in snacks on Fridays.

      Inconvénients

      Once no work for you, you are done. Location is bad - share floor with ruffians. They act like work that was outsourced was done in house. I won't elaborate on their ethical lapses and unethical practices, but it is shameful.

      Avantages

      Wide variety of interesting projects. Performance is recognized and appreciated. Fairly laid-back corporate culture. Friendly people and accessible management. Nice office.

      Inconvénients

      Projects are short-term, so there's not much security. Consultants can end up faced with difficult decisions - if an engagement requires a long commute and there's no other engagement for a particular employee- guess what...
