Avantages
Great benefit - PPO used to be 99.9% covered, but recently switched, generous PTO, paid parental leave, hybrid work schedule. Some managers are fantastic and don't micromanage, autonomy for many roles though. Very successful company
Inconvénients
The employees are treated as replaceable. So many leavers yet during a Q&A w/ leadership it was spoken as if its just a "circle of life" and natural, as if the team isn't dwindling week by week. Exit interview and feedback isn't taken seriously and any questions on retention or morale or negative employee experience are dodged. DEI is a huge issue, with VERY little hispanic or african-american representation, we're told to get used to the Israeli culture as opposed to mutual respect and understanding, and CEO said in a inter department meeting that DEI isn't an issue despite multiple reviews and feedback saying it is. The lack of understanding or care the CEO has on employee experiences is apparent and appalling. If you're not Israeli chances are you'll feel out of place and not cared about. The culture differences and complaints from the US team about our culture(ie the way we work, work/life balance and separation, management styles, etc) not being taken seriously are not heard, thus not setting any of the US team for success. If you're an American, especially in NYC, I'd say look elsewhere for a job.
