Avantages

Good Benefits, Capital to Invest/Buy other companies, Great Marketing Strategy, IT is on point, Salesforce CRM, Iron Planet Acquisition, Was great as a private company.

Inconvénients

People in upper management did not like people smarter than them. Rollover management/employees often, Top down DEI management practices. IMO share holder greed, employee retention problems, and going public unfortunately did not help this company’s reputation but they are to big to fail similar to many large corporations.

Avantages

The work was interesting; travel opportunities. Decent office downtown. Occasional catered lunches.

Inconvénients

Massively toxic work environment. Worst coworkers in the world. Literal fraud, SH & SA coverups, and illegal activities, but if you hit their quotas and have no integrity, apply - you’re gold for them.
