      Avantages

      Once you've proven yourself and show value, it can be somewhat flexible. The nature of the job is 12-14 hr days routinely, but you feel accomplished. Also way over worked though.

      You're overworked and micromanaged.

      Support is abundant throughout the company, making my role easier to take on any daily tasks.

      Sometimes the larger size of the company can slow down a simple task.

      Avantages

      The work was interesting; travel opportunities. Decent office downtown. Occasional catered lunches.

      Inconvénients

      Massively toxic work environment. Worst coworkers in the world. Literal fraud, SH & SA coverups, and illegal activities, but if you hit their quotas and have no integrity, apply - you’re gold for them.
