Avantages
I'm a newer employee, and my experience in the past 3 months has been fantastic. Excellent training and support to get up to speed, lots of opportunities to talk to all levels of the company, and so much to learn! There is a lot of pride among RB employees, they are very committed to the company and the work that they do. So far, I'm very impressed
Inconvénients
Historically, I've heard its been a bit of an "old boys club" at the top levels of management (haven't experienced this myself), but with a new CEO coming on board in the summer of 2014, I think this will change. Lots of excitement and anticipation for new blood and new energy. Peter Blake has been an amazing leader (from what I've heard, and the small amount I've seen), but new vision is always good.
