Avantages
I've been here about a year. They allow you the time to learn and gain knowledge. There is a team structure in place so that juniors always have access to intermediate and seniors. You're not left on an island. There's an internal social learning structure, you're not allowed to send one-off emails, everyone learns from other peoples questions. I have access to knowledgeable resources at all times. Very good engagement from upper level. The CEO has a positive way of looking at everything.
Inconvénients
The complaints are minor. No employer is perfect. I wish they covered more expenses for us home office peoples (internet, phone, supplies - that kind of stuff). We tend to run a little lean, but there's still good work life balance.
