      Avantages

      Decent coffee from vending machine, double day shift pattern, friendly people on production team always willing to help, company order books are full.

      Inconvénients

      Some people out of their depth, had to chase for final wages which arrived a week late, recruited by agency who advertised the position as having a higher salary, no contracts given to majority of employees, company director had office in engineering workshop, no proper training despite advert saying otherwise, no workwear provided for hazardous tasks, lack of experience of some managers an issue.

      You’ll work with some of the best people at your level.

      Inconvénients

      Middle management stop progression to protect themselves and their salaries. Allowed to stay even though they continue to make monumental mistakes again and again. Same management was the reason for door delays and cancelled staff bank holiday with less than 10 days notice to fixed a problem that was management. And also the reason for drop in quality of doors due to staff leaving. Higher management speak about culture but it’s all surface level and fake. A lot of management and higher incompetent at doing their roles and are hoodwinking other directors.
