A lot of micromanagement to the point that it hinders your ability to learn and get better. Extremely large company so you’re just looked at as another number once you start to slip in production. Terrible pay structure. How can someone write 30 loans and only make $7,000? Don’t believe the hype, yeah you can make money but majority of people aren’t really making anything amazing. A lot of unprofessional vibes in the office. Expected to work everyday if you’re struggling to hit goal even in a tough market.
