      Avantages

      Nice people to work with overall and a decent working environment except for the backstabbing person running the show.

      Inconvénients

      The CEO lied to me and went back on a signed offer letter and never let me actually do a good part of my job. Once they realized they have squandered way too much money on a program that was a failure and didn't want to put the effort into it they let me go. They also provided NO training

      CEO is very involved, work from home and amazing co-workers.

      Avantages

      The opportunity to grow technical skillset is available, you can take on as much as you want to.

      Inconvénients

      Remote work is not available for everyone and will cost them some very valuable employees because of it. Management level needs to improve, not employee friendly. Work/Life balance does not exist. They push more and more on you but do not pay for oncall or flextime when you work considerable overtime. Technology team is stuck in a dingy, smelly basement.
