      Avantages

      Treated like an adult and basically left alone as long as you do your job.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is less than what the gas stations are hiring at. Inventory control and parts tracking are right out of the '80s so you're almost set up to fail in trying to load the right parts and deliver them to the right place

      Avantages

      Most of my fellow employees were good people

      Inconvénients

      Couldn't get a raise unless you threaten to quit. Zero room to grow out of your position. Health Benefits are very expensive. Management needs to change to people who are actual compassionate leaders.
