      Friendly team Free food Learn about Japanese cuisine and restoration used here Learn andaluz and italian

      Inconvénients

      Poor training Long shifts(+55 per week without break times) Don't pay breaks ( 1 or 1,5 hours without a proper place to stay) Almost 8 hours working without break sometimes You need to study in your free time and they give you exams to test your knowledge about Japanese cuisine among other things.

      Avantages

      ROKA shares elite performance apparel. The in office work environment is friendly.

      Inconvénients

      While the staff of ROKA were nice, there were challenges with work/life balance and requests for time off when unwell.
