      Avantages

      1. Ownership of task and features you develop from end to end 2. Ample time for working on tasks 3.Support and assurance from seniors 4. Great learning opportunities and working on new features

      Inconvénients

      1. At times some miscommunication happens with the product team and things get delayed usually due to not mentioning specific needs of the product. 2. At times when u call out and mention some issues they might not be taken up seriously by the seniors this leads to last moment deployment delays.

      Avantages

      I am currently working at rooter, its just 1 month of me being here but i feel really comfortable with the environment as all the seniors are so supportive and its a great place to learn and hone your skills

      Inconvénients

      The only con i would say would be that if you dont have hunger to learn this place aint for you
