Avantages
Employee-owned company that is bootstrapped and not beholden to investors. The focus is helping the clients make better treatments for patients. There is a lot of trust amongst the team where new ideas are welcome.
Inconvénients
If you are not used to the level of transparency in decision making, it might be a little overwhelming.
