Very Unprofessional and Unwelcoming Workplace - Avis employé Human Resources Rotex

I had a very poor experience with this organization. There was a complete lack of basic professionalism and employee support. Even before joining, some members of the HR team were unhelpful and rude in their communication. When I asked basic questions, I was given unclear responses like “I don’t know,” and the overall tone was not professional. After joining, there was no proper onboarding or induction, and even basic arrangements like seating were not managed. The overall environment felt unwelcoming, with poor coordination and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this company unless there are serious improvements in HR behavior, onboarding, and overall work culture.
