Avantages

The workforce is the greatest asset of this company. There are many amazing people. Unfortunately they are not rewarded for hard work or dedication and they have laid off some of the most talented. Most of the facilities provide excellant work enviornments.

Inconvénients

Senior management is this company's worst nightmare. They are greedy, self serving, and continue to earn huge increases and large bonuses while most of the workforce have not had any salary increase in years - in fact, many have had reductions. And, of course, employee benefits have either been eliminated or the costs increased greatly, which means a huge decrease in paychecks over the last 5 years. If you are over the age of 40, they will not hire you - if you're currently employed, you will be laid off!
