      Lots of upward mobility from this role if you show that you have something to bring to the table. The company culture is definitely special - in general it's a great place to work.

      Inconvénients

      It's very fast moving and this can be tough for some to keep up with who want a more relaxed pace.

      Good work-life balance, collaborative engineering culture, dogs, two-sided marketplace is an interesting product to work on, forward-thinking about AI tools.

      Inconvénients

      As the overwhelming market leader in the space (RIP Wag!), there is maybe some complacency.
