      Going to office is required, parent company has bad reputation, pay is low for SDE, employees not treated with respect

      Avantages

      Good work-life balance, collaborative engineering culture, dogs, two-sided marketplace is an interesting product to work on, forward-thinking about AI tools.

      Inconvénients

      As the overwhelming market leader in the space (RIP Wag!), there is maybe some complacency.
