      Avantages

      They do really well with maintaining a very clean and modern office space with a fully stocked kitchen and catered lunches on Fridays. Very interesting commercials and music videos being produced!

      Inconvénients

      Compensation, Not much room for upward mobility, however many relationships can be made here! Office Moral can be low.

      Avantages

      Highly respected company in the industry. Nice office space & kitchen, dogs are a nice plus to have around. Respected industry veterans come in and out. Free lunch on Fridays.

      Inconvénients

      Extremely low full time wages, all money goes to the top. Poor CFO. Management doesn't care about employees well being, only that you get what they need from you. Not a company that is interested in cultivating talent or promoting within. I worked there for 2 years and no raise was given or discussed. The only way up is to grow elsewhere before being hired as an exec or be a freelance producer that works closely to the execs.
