      I have a great team. The company is not stable, but I love working with the people in my region

      Leadership/Management. There’s no vision, no guidance, and no consistent direction. The business is reactive and constantly shifting strategy. Without a solid foundation and a long‑term plan, the company can’t build lasting success.

      Avantages

      The people not in management were a pleasure to work with and the wireless APs were great.

      Inconvénients

      Management likes to lead by fear and many of them were rejects from other organizations. Most of them don't know how to be leaders of adults and lack emotional maturity.
